You wouldn’t get married after going on one date, so why would you enter into a long-term listing agreement after only knowing an agent for 15 minutes?

Long-term listing agreements are designed for failure. The truth is, 15 minutes isn’t enough time to really get to know the person sitting across from you, especially if they want you to commit to a six month or one year listing agreement. Once they get you to sign the contract, their commitment to you is going to be minimal.

One thing we have done differently since day one is offer a 24-hour out listing agreement. If at any time you aren’t satisfied with our service 2.2 pullfor any reason, send us a letter and we will release your listing within 24 hours. This agreement guarantees that we work as hard on the 90th day of the listing agreement as we do on the first day. We make this offer because we are so confident in our abilities. The truth is, no one has taken us up on this offer yet, and we can attribute that to our spotless track record and supreme level of service.

In the end, you want to protect yourself, your family, and your home, which is likely your most expensive liquid asset. Do us a favor and don’t enter into a long-term listing agreement, you will be glad you took our advice.
