In the video above, you can see that I put these four factors into a simple bar graph. In order to figure out which home is right for you, you need to decide which factors are more and less important. For example, if space is more important to you, that bar will increase. However, if the space bar increases, the cost of a home would increase, and therefore the cost bar would decrease.

Similarly, if the area in which a home is located is more important, that bar would increase while maybe the condition bar decreases. This means you’d be willing to put more work into a home in order to live in your preferred area.
The most important thing to remember is that you’ll have to give in certain areas and get in others. None of your options are going to be perfect, so make sure you weigh the bars to find the home that will be the right fit.
