When my husband and I began our home search, we needed someone with flexibility and diligence. Our temporary living situation was nearing an end and we needed to move quickly. Not really sure where to begin. Homehelper Consultants went above and beyond our expectations. They understood our predicament and definitely ‘fought’ for us.

They increased the sales price of our home (still very reasonable) which we liked A LOT! First buyer made an offer and the rest is history. Most homeowners do not recognize that the debt right off by the banks is taxable (to the seller); the higher sales price DOES benefit the underwater/upside down seller.

The showing of our house (done by Denise Ecalono) was handled better than any other Realtor I have met. Courteous to us and VERY flexible.
